The cost of prescription medications can vary depending on your insurance coverage. If you're concerned about the price of your medication:
- Contact your insurance provider to understand your coverage
- Ask your doctor or pharmacist about lower-cost alternatives
- Check with the drug manufacturer about financial assistance programs
- Explore patient assistance options if you're uninsured or underinsured

What to Expect During a NULOJIX® Infusion Therapy
You will receive NULOJIX as an intravenous (IV) infusion in your arm. Each IV infusion takes about 30 minutes. During treatment with NULOJIX, your doctor will test your blood and urine to check how your kidney is working.
- Initial phase: Multiple doses during the first month after transplantation
- Maintenance Phase: 5mg/kg IV at the end of Week 16 after transplantations and then every 4 weeks therafter
- NULOJIX® is a monthly immunosuppressant infusion
Ongoing treatment such as maintaining lab appointments to check blood and urine while using NULOJIX® is important to your recovery. This allows your healthcare provider to wtch for side effects and ensure the medication is working for you. NULOJIX® should be administered in combination with basiliximab induction, mycophenolate mofetil (MMF), and corticosteroids.
It is important to continue taking your other anti-rejection medications as instructed by your transplant provider.
