BRIUMVI® Infusion Therapy
BRIUMVI® (ublituximab-xiiy) is a treatment for adults with relapsing multiple sclerosis that targets specific immune cells involved in MS, requiring only a one-hour infusion twice yearly after initial treatment, making it both effective at reducing relapses and convenient for your lifestyle.

About BRIUMVI® Infusion Therapy
BRIUMVI® (ublituximab-xiiy) is a CD20-directed monoclonal antibody that works to slow disease progression in relapsing multiple sclerosis by depleting immune B-cells. It targets a unique epitope on CD20-expressing B-cells, which has proven to be an important therapeutic approach for managing autoimmune disorders like relapsing multiple sclerosis (RMS). It is the only B-cell therapy for RMS that can be administered in a one-hour infusion, twice per year, following the initial starting doses.

Conditions treated by this therapy
BRIUMVI® is approved to treat adult patients with relapsing forms of multiple sclerosis (MS), which include:
- Clinically isolated syndrome
- Relapsing-remitting disease
- Active secondary progressive disease
